Updates mostly performance based hote hain, watch ke firmware me koi issue ho toh bas use fix karne ke liye update aate hain bro. Baaki features wahi rahenge, features ki performance better ho sakti hai.

Hello Brother I got firmware update in my noise colorfit pulse grand. After the update was completed the smartwatch switched off and its not turning on again not even when i charge it . Please give a solution for this.

@@arati2309 8882132132 this number is showing on their website. You can try it. Or you can also message them on Instagram. They also have complain form on their website, try that as well. If the watch is not turning on after update, it cud be firmware issue, possible to resolve by their technical team only. Try to connect with them as soon as possible.

Noise ke update me problem hai, bahot se logo ko yeh problem face hui hai. Noise ki website pe complaint register kar do. Woh log repair kar denge warranty me, aur agar repair nahi hui toh replacement de denge. Lekin Follow up karte rehna unlogo se, warna bahot time laga denge woh log.

But when i saw returning invoice. It was showing 2499/- . My watch was under warranty. I registered warranty through noise fit app. So I don't have to pay any amount to delivery agent.

Koi high quality wali picture try karke dekho bhai, kya pata image ki quality low ho isliye fat rahi ho image. Baaki iski screen pe thode pixels show hote hain image me. But bahot zyada blurr ya fati hui image toh nahi aani chahiye.
Aap 1 baar watch ko factory reset karke dubara try karo, agar fir bhi fati image aati hai screen pe toh ho sakta hai display ka koi issue ho. Aap customer care me complaint register kijiye agar problem na solve ho toh.

If its not turning on after the update then plz contact the customer care. Bcuz if its under warranty, company will fix it or will give replacement.

Replacement request daal do. Watch dead hogayi hai. Replace karke Jo watch denge use update mat karna. Warna woh bhi band hojayegi. Update me koi issue hai isliye Aisa ho raha hai

Noise caliber gives backup of upto 10-12 days easily using without mobile connection.
With mobile connection it will vary between 5-8 days depending upon usage.

Woh log repair arrange kar denge, agar repair nahi hui toh replacement kar denge. Lekin Follow up karte rahe noise walon se, warna slow kar denge kaam woh log.

Request for replacement. The watch will not switch on. There is some issue with latest update. When you will receive the replacement, do not update bcuz it might get dead again.

When did you purchase it? If this happened within 7 days of purchase, you can request for replacement. If its more than that then you can register complaint on noise website. They will arrange a replacement.
How many days take for the repair or replacement?
I really have no idea about the duration, as never faced this process. But Repair shud be fast and replacement may take longer time i guess. If the watch has been piceked up by brand executive, you can expect a week time. If no response then try to contact the customer care again.
Guys those who are facing a problem watch shutdown please register a complaint on noise website. Their customer care will call you and they will be taking your watch for repair. In case if the watch is not repairable they will be replacing it
