- Fitting a suspension trainer bracket is not as simple as it may seem. Using the correct fittings is essential. In this video I'll be using wall bolts, also known as Shield Anchors or Rawlbolts, to fix the bracket to the wall and provide step by step instructions on how to do it.

The best thing in this video is the envelope trick.
And there was me thinking it was my rugged good looks and melodious voice tone? ;-)
I just received my TRX system and didn't know where to start so thank you so much for this! I needed a detailed wall mount tutorial.🙏🏾
Glad it helped!
Thanks very much for posting this m8. My wife has a TRX and has bought one of these kits. I definitely agree the masonry bolts that came with it don’t look up to the job. Will get some ordered from screwfix and pick them up this afty. You’ve saved me from making a mess of my wall...cheers!
Have just fitted exactly how you did. The envelope and the tape on the drill are great tips. It feels sturdy enough to take my weight.
Happy wife...happy life!
Thanks again..
11:18 How epic would it have been had the suspension trainer pulled the bricks out from behind the drywall 😆
Glad no one was hurt man, and you did a good job explaining the whole process👍
Wow ))) finely crafted, it's very helpful. Thanks !
Top notch video, thanks for explaining it thorough!
Thanks for sharing!
Thankyou for the in depth information😁
Well put together video and very informative. Many thanks 👍
Thanks. 👍
Good advice :) Thanks a lot.
Brilliant/useful video. I was thinking to hang mine above the door so with door open can have it above which seems to help on certain exercise (i.e. I can be under the door frame)
Great video
nice & informative . I would suggest NOT to use the hook directly on the bracket (to avoid metal to metal contact ! ). Using a sling/ loop will be less noisy and less abrasive.
2:30 that's what happened to me, I felt on my back and hurt myself pretty bad. Now I am figuring out how to mount it to be 100% sure of safety...
Perfect, I also was wondering whether to buy x mount, or even just a simple hoop mount which is even simpler, I take it you just connect carabiner to it, although I have seen other people feed their straps through for some reason
I prefer to use a carabiner clip. 👍
I’ve just been looking into TRX training. I was shocked at how expensive their equipment is. Do you have a link for the wall bracket? Are your straps also TRX brand? Anyhow good video , nice to see more UK youtubers 🇬🇧

The suspension trainer I bought wasn't TRX. Unfortunately, it's no longer available on Amazon? It was only £24.99 but that was 6 years ago. They seem to have gone up in price since the lockdown due to supply and demand. You may find some cheaper ones on ebay?
Nice presentation. Questions: What tools are you using her 5:52 and 09:20 ? Thanks!
5:52 is a combination try square and 9:20 is just an attachment that came with an upright vacuum cleaner I have.
@@LivingWellTV Thanks a lot
На какой высоте вешали кронштейн?
Wall or ceiling? Which one is the best?
Ceiling would give you more versatility but you'd need to find a strong joist to fit it on.
Noticed you didn't use stud finder, I assume you knew that was concrete behind or no?
It's a brick wall.
Yeah nice and easy, until like me, your walls crumbled🥲
Oh no! luckily, no crumbling wall for me so far.
