I live in a rural area in east Texas, and it’s a little more than 5 km from my driveway around the “block” and back to my driveway. I’ve jogged/walked the block many times, and I swear it’s uphill regardless of which direction I go. 😂 When the weather cools off some, I may have to try some hill bombing. I’m about to turn 48 in a few weeks, and I just started skating again after probably 30+ years of not skating. I bought a pair of Crazy Evokes, and once I got past a few wobbly moments, my love of being on wheels is coming back relatively quickly. I was never all that great at skating forwards, but I was always really good at skating backwards & sideways circles. Hopefully that will help when I get brave enough to tackle the rolling hills here. LOL
I don't think I've ever commented but I watch and enjoy your videos. I'm a newer skater - still learning to stop confidently. I love trail skating outdoors - could you show how you would avoid debris or go over rough terrain outdoors and stopping? I have a good place to skate but it has some awkward spots that trip me up every time. Thanks so much!

What's the durometer on those wheels?
Can you do a tutorial on different ways how to transition backwards to forwards? I just have a hard time transitioning when skating backwards.

When I transition from going backwards I always do a 180. I never mastered basic transitions because I had so much trouble, now I’m good at 180s front and back
Hi! I love your video and how you explain everything so clear, I am practicing with a hill close to me but my big problem is that it's got transversal ljnes on the floor for ice in winter and my skates get very bumping so I always fall midway as it is a long one, how would you recommend to skate it down, thanks for your time and help ❤️
It’s it’s dangerous don’t do it 🙏 but low and gated stance always - practice and small hills 🔥

I use lmpara roller skate but I want to change toe stop what brand I can use with ?
Can you change toe stops on Impalas? I think they the the type that have the toe stop stuck on?
I jump to turn around toe stop, is this a bad move when rolling down a hill? The other day I was going really fast down a hill and was too scared to jump and turn around so I dove into a bush to stop 😂

@@MarilynTantrum you can change them but it has to be bolt on so options are very limited, they just came out with bolt on heartstoppers though
