Kapitan’s food is pretty flavourful and the dumplings are really nice.. it’s essentially meat filled dumplings (East Asian influence) that have a seasoning and flavour profile similar to European flavours.. I like the beef and pork dumplings. Don’t compare with Chinese / Japanese / Korean dumplings and go with an open mind. It will certainly surprise you. The beef stroganoff was delicious too.

How do you decide how many dumplings (in this case) to order for each of your challenges?
I weigh them out! Each dumpling is around 30 grams so 200 is around 6kg which is a comfortable weight for me
Wah Kapitan at gastrobeats that means I MUST GO. So badly want to try the cheese, potato and salmon dumplings. Eastern EU cuisine is so underrated here
