Good choice! I have an amber set of these on the front bumper of my S10. Love them. They are exactly what I would prefer to have on the rear of the Suburban.

It looks like a good quality light.

That's pretty sweet. I prefer the TecNiq ID bars though, they come in red, amber, white, 3 red with 8 white, either clear lense or colored lenses, and multi functionality... Not to mention, USA made for not much more then that one is. I have the 3 red with 8 white on my Yukon and love it, gives a pretty good reverse light output for what it is... it's no LED light bar/pod though.

Don't really need multifunction. I will do some pods or something for backup lights. Just not worth the extra wiring.

Not sure funds are going to allow me to do that. Looking at a leveling kit to move this project forward faster.

are you going to hook up the lights in the headache rack?

I have an old car that uses one rear tail light on each side. My current dual filament bulb has 3 wires. Ground, low, high just like this led. My car will send power to the low filament with lights on and then with brake it will send to high filament AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!!!! Is this led light going to know to override low beam to high beam if it's getting power to both? Or is it going to fry itself.

Basically if I have my lights on low beam is on and when I hit my brake the same light knows to turn on high filament. It's the same with my signal light. I don't have a dedicated turn signal. It is all controlled by high and low beam.

If I have low beams on and turn right signal the left beam stays low while the right stays low while flashing high. Will these work for that? Thank you in advance

As far as I know the low light or parking lights have power all the time when the parking lights are on. Then power is added to the brighter LED lights or turn signals and brake lights. From you explanation I think they will work for you.

mossman381 I was thinking the same. I have an aftermarket wiring harness that knows if I have signals or brakes to illuminate the tail lights accordingly. Thanks for your info.
