Next to the main village ..You can also explore the amazing fields, dense forest of Deodar & Baan Tree after half an hour trek. From the Top you can also enjoy the plain area views like Yamunanagr, Dehradoon & Haridwar and so many places. However, you have to stay with local people. Even in the main village there are so many big dens more bigger than 2BHKs

इसके मुख्य रूप से 2-3 कारण होते है
पहला कारण हमारी नाड़ीयों की अशुद्धि। जब हमारी इडा नाड़ी अशुद्ध होती है तो शरीर पीछे की और खिसकने लगता है और जब हमारी पिंगला नाड़ी अशुद्ध होती है तो शरीर आगे की और झुकने लगता है और जब दोनों नाड़ीए शुद्ध हो जाती है तो सुषुम्ना नाड़ी जागृति मे आ जाती है और तब शरीर एकदम सीधा हो जाता है और आगे पीछे हिलता नहीं है।
आप नाड़ी शुद्धि के लिए अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम का अभ्यास करे, इससे आपकी य़ह समस्या खत्म हो जायेगी।
दूसरा कारण शरीर में ऊर्जा उठने के कारण भी आगे पीछे या दाय बाय झुकता है या गोल गोल झूमता है जोकि बहुत अच्छा लक्षण है
तीसरा कारण जो बिल्कुल सामान्य है की निद्रालू होने के कारण अथवा ध्यान की मदहोशी में भी ऐसा होता है।

Yes, it is safe but as it is rainy season so there may be some difficulties like muddy roads and high flow in waterfall
