    This was a lesson I learned from the COVID pandemic. The Lockdown limited where I could go and what I could do. I stayed home, read Buddhist writings, and meditated about them. By the summer my teacher started up tai chi classes again, and by that time I had lost almost 40 pounds without trying. I see my doctor next week but I feel fine. The lesson I learned is: "Enough is enough."
