Whoa! Who knew there are so many options for this. I carry mine in my side pocket on my leggings, but sometimes it's so heavy bouncing up and down that it starts to pull my pants down. Super annoying! I'll have to invest in one of these vests. Thanks for all the helpful insight.
Hey Karli - so glad it was helpful! Those compression leggings and shorts I showed from Baleaf are legit though, too, though! I've worn my phone in the pockets of those shorts during a marathon and they don't pull at all!
Young Suk, thank you so much for the kind comment! I'm so glad you found it helpful. Running with your phone can be a pain until you find the right way to bring it along in a way that works for you!
What about a phone holster? Any recommendations for those? I need one large enough for an iphone 8plus that I can use while working outdoors. Thank you.
Hello! I think listening to music while running is just personal preference. Though I will say that it's safer to run without it when you're outside. However, I love the Aftershokz Aeropex headphones for listening to music on my outdoor runs since the open-ear concept lets you be aware of your surroundings - I talk about that in this video: czcams.com/video/Gk9YPt2pQVw/video.html As for a 6-day plan for a 5k, that's a great idea for a video! I will add it to my list. It would generally consist of short, easy runs during the week (walking some if you're not ready to run that distance) with one longer run and a bit of strength work a couple of times per week.
Hearing people recommending Bluetooth headphones in 2023 sounds so funny because all phones are Bluetooth only now 😂. Couldn't plug in headphones if you wanted. But Bluetooth rly is a game charger not having a cord to deal with. Once you go Bluetooth there's no turning back especially now if you have a modem phone.

Do you know about any that wraps around the leg? Thanks.
Hi Vicky - I haven't seen that at all though some of the arm ones may work depending on sizing.
@@runningwithjane Thank you for the rapid response Jane.

Apple earbuds with cords def still fit in an iPhone! This video is also a couple of years old now.
save your time by speeding 2x
Thank me 😴
One of the earliest videos I made on my channel...so yes, 2x speed could be helpful for this one. Whatever works for you! Thanks for stopping by.
