PVC is losing its credibility due to the non delivery of J block, Overseas block, Hills state, and Golf state. I purchased the plot in overseas block, and all dues are clear, still no possession. Yes, you are right that for phase 2, the rates are very high for Rawalpindi. Keeping in mind that Bahria phase 8 extension is offering in the same area plot in 25 lacs for 5 marla and PVC still hasn't disclosed the location offering 5 marla file not plot in 60 lacs. This is a big joke. I think PVC is totally unaware of the situation in Pakistan and the market condition of the property at the moment. PVC first needs to deliver overseas, J block, hills state, and golf state in their phase 1 to win back the trust of their members.
Spot on. I paid 2.75 crores much before the due date for Golf State 1 Kanal. and I am receiving messages from Park view to move to Over seas. I told them return me price difference between overseas and golf in 2021 which was 1 crore and then i can move to overseas.
This is insane, and show lack of responsibility on behalf of society.
@MuhammadZeeshanAli The problem with all these societies is that they don't have the land, but they will keep launching files for new sectors to take the money from the people. I heard that PVC has done over sale in overseas block as well, and I am scared for my plot as well, even though I have paid all the amount and waiting for the possession.
I brought 2 plots in overseas block 3 years fully paid at the time unfortunately still we overseas Pakistanis are waiting for broken promises by not investing further in any PVC. Im still waiting for map reveal and possession with work being so slow. By just talking is not enough we overseas are not stupid you haven't even delivered the first blocks and already talking about Golf estates and further blocks. Firstly stop changing the goal posts again and again deliver school, shopping, internet, park's, mosque etc.

First of all, phase 1 is not probably only delivered about 20 to 30 percent, most of their plots are in Overseas which is not delivered at all. Everyone specially overseas shouldn't invest in phase 2 unless they want to waste their money and time. Stay away from Parkview and dealers who get 10 to 15% commissions for selling these useless files.
No overseas will invest with Aleem Khan.

I am end user - I am and people in my vicinity will not participate in phase 2. We are victims of Park View Phase 1 - undelivered blocks Golf and Hills State.
If you really want to pass on the message - inform Aleem Khan or Park view management - your existing investors can actually invest in phase 2 only when golf hills and overseas are 100% delivered.
No one is INTERSTED in PHASE 2.

As I heard, Park View City has decided not to launch the Golf Estate anymore. They made this decision in September 2023, and afterward, they removed the page of the Golf Estate block from their website. Additionally, they will transfer all members overseas with patience.

Park view city has not been delivering. PVC Sales head farmatey hain k hum force nai kerte clients kou. Kis kou bewakoof bana rahe hou, aap laug aesa mahol create ker k client kou majboor kerte hou k wo majburan exit le ya kisi aur plot pe shift kare. Jab location aur delivery nai hogi tou client installments kyun dega, ous ke bhi investment lagi hui hai. Aap ka kaam hai deliver kerna. Aleem Khan is using less brain due to his over comittment at existing cabinet, how come he can use his brain and benefit PVC's customers. PVC islamabad pura nai hua aur chalein hain PVC Phase-II. Laalchi Laug!!! PVC Sales team, Operation team and Recovery team, all are beating the imaginary flies. Koi kaam nahi siwaye customers kou harrass kerna for payments. Gondal Bhai aap please is issue kou aur zyada disect karein, become our voice, brother.
