What do I mean when I mention searchable? This is a little bit of insider knowledge. As a Recruiter myself, in addition to being a Career Success Coach, I have a license for LinkedIn Recruiter where I specifically am filtering and searching for keywords to identify you as a great candidate for my client.
It's super important you have great keywords that align to job descriptions that align to your expertise, and that they are in multiple sections of your profile.

@@RitaBaroody This is very informative! What's your take on writing a LinkedIn summary/about section when one has two backgrounds. For example someone who is a Workplace Services Coordinator and Public/Community Health Advocate?

@@RitaBaroody The two roles are Workplace Services Coordinator and Community/Public Health. The challenge is identifying the elements of commonality between the two in order to help with writing the summary section. Currently working as Workplace Services Coordinator but with a academic training and background in Community/Public Health.

Don’t listen to them unless they are a hiring and recruiting expert. That is my BEST advice for you!

@@RitaBaroody I am into digital marketing, graphic and web design. got communication and management experiences but what i like changes constantly so i failed to have stable career path.. I am now checking your videos to improve my linkedin but i believe i need coaching and guidance to 'figure out' which specific skill i have to improve for which specific job title.
