The interview we never knew we needed, but he one were so glad it happened. I remember my first time seeing this interview was a thing and I kinda marked out the first time lol. I literally hadn’t been so excited for an interview in forever, if ever honestly. Chael will always be in my top 3 fighters and definitely my favorite personality in MMA of all times, and Corny will always be just my favorite character/personality in the wrestling game, one of my favorite commentators, in the top 3 managers of all time (and not just my list, but basically unanimously.
But yeah, I’m so glad this interview happened. And tbh, a lot of wrestlers and UFC/MMA fighters need to watch and listen to this interview and take a bunch of notes. A lot of wrestlers could honestly really learn a lot on how to get over if they just paid attention to how Chael talked in the UFC/Bellator and used a lot of his tactics in the wrestling business tbh. It’s crazy that an MMA fighter was cutting better promos than any of the wrestlers are today. Like it’s their job (which talking/selling ppvs is also his job) to go out there and talk, get over, sell ppvs, and get people excited to see them either win or lose when they go out for their matches.
