What mount do you have for the BTech GMRS Pro on your bars? I've been looking for something to move it from my hydro pack to my bars before summer is in full effect.

Hey bud, just warched a couple of your videos. Regarding the evap block off, is there a decent weight loss taking all that crap off? And where did you hear about this exhaust valve system? I've never read about that, but sounds like something worth removing.
It’s not a lot of weight loss maybe a couple pounds. The exhaust valve was the biggest weight los probably 3 pounds I haven’t weighed anything so it’s all speculation. The exhaust valves are right above the header and I only learned about them when I was doing research of people tuning the tuono 660. It seemed to be a common thing to delete along with the evap.
@BoBoBrappins of course! You've got some really good info, and your bike sounds sick! Haha. I'm trying to make my Tuareg an off road weapon, so I can't go with that airbox mod. But I want to shave weight any way possible.
@@americandirtrider7662 you could do that air box mod and get the uni foam filter. It would be the same as a dirt bike might just have to clean it a little more often. That’s what I wanted to go with but none made a foam filter when I ordered my filter 8 months back.
@@BoBoBrappins That's actually the filter I have now, but I still keep the top cover on it to play it safe. And I grease the edge of the filter like on my dirt bike. By the way, nice 2019 Beta. I have a couple Betas, myself. They make fantastic bikes, and the 2024 Race Editions are the best yet!
Are you on advrider or the aprilia forums(somewhere I could shoot you a 1on1 message)? Wondering if i could ask you a question or two about throttle response behaviors before and after the upmap in lower gears. If not no worries
I am not on any forums sorry. But I can say the throttle response hasn’t changed at least from what I can tell just feels like there’s some more power from the same throttle input if that makes sense not a big difference though.
@@BoBoBrappins Specifically your note in the video(around 3:40) about it smoothing out throttle modulation in lower gears, from no throttle (or little) to on throttle. I also(stock) have a hard time in 1st and 2nd smoothly modulating the first 10%(?) of the throttle. It feels like the first 10% it's like nothing then it just comes on, like a light switch or something. Same with smoothly letting off throttle, it's as if it just cuts the fuel when you're moving at slower speeds in those lower gears. I ask because i've been looking at gabro maps to hopefully help resolve some of this and don't often hear many people talk about it being a thing. The nature of the beast torque wise is what ive chalked it up to in my head.
@@jawnyou oh yes it has smoothed that out I’m sorry I miss understood originally it’s smoothed out the initial throttle hit a lot there is no jumping from no throttle to on throttle it’s smoothed out throttle engagement a lot. @BoBoBrappins Thinking about buying the Aprilia 660 just was wondering about the reliability in your experience. Has the bike had any issues, planning to put really big miles on this bike. how many kilometers do you have on your bike? Thanks.
@@gsxrkz I haven’t had any issues with the bike it’s been perfect so far. it’s got 2500mikes on it I think that’s like 4-5 thousand kilometers. the handle bars where not center from the dealership that’s the only thing I’ve noticed but I don’t fault the bike it’s been great very happy with the t6

The exhaust sounds pretty good, it seems to drown out the Airbox sound about equally 👍
It’s not nearly as bad as the mic makes it sound but it does have a little drone to it.
Is it an ADV thing that the throttle cable turns with the throttle grip?
No that’s not a throttle cable that’s my heated grip wire this bike is drive by wire so it’s all built into the start stop section of the grip housing

stiffen your rear suspension u got wobbling on high acceleration
I have the rear clicker almost maxed has like 4 clicks left I think I need to get a stiffer spring but don’t have the money rn
You need to do the pair valve delete to stop the backfires,
I did delete that and instal a block off plate and intake hole plug
dont the tuaregs come with quick shifter? why are u shifting off throttle.
