We're on the LAST White Lotus mission for Tier 2.
For this mission I decided to bring in a Signal 50 with Explosive Ammo as it does moderate damage to vehicles. Attached is the range finder scope since expo ammo DRASTICALLY decreases the bullet velocity.
Then on our way out to exfil we spotted an exfil camper so we decide to pursue the enemy.
Lastly, I finally decided to trust someone...

It amazes me when I watch youtubers and there's practically no AI when they load in. Me: 20 standing 10 feet surrounding me almost every match
Especially that particular spawn. Normally 3 guys right there.
Trust me iâve had those types of spawns and just died and had to redo the run lol

Try playing in aus/nz servers it's pretty much shoot on sight đ not even talking in proximity chat will save you
A helpful tip for everyone if you donât know but drop plates you are carrying before picking up a 2 or 3 plate vest. When you pick them up it gives you some when picking them up

Same thing with ammo refill, you drop Stims, grenades, etc before using and you get extra
Facts!
The 3 warehouses you passed initially, where you talked about wanting one of those trucks have 2-3 AI outside but the lockers will always get you a 2 plate and medium bag if you hit the lockers. Each has a brown crate and med crate as well.

Hi Markus, you are my kind of man. I hate Exfil Campers. I saw a video of a guy doing that with a sniper rifle, with the special scope that does bullet drop and distance. I left a comment, "I got your name and I'm going to come hunting for YOU!" Haven't found him yet though??
The DMZ is different than Warzone and COD. With those two the emphasis is kill EVERYONE. But in the DMZ most guys are like me, we are just trying loot some good stuff and exfil. I have been playing DMZ for (only) 2 months now and I have ONLY killed 2 or 3 players in the DMZ and that was because they were trying to kill me. Most of the time I'm the one being killed!
I'm an old man and CAN'T play PvP very well any more, because my eye sight is not very good, and my hearing and reaction time aren't that great either. The other games I have been playing for the last 5-6 years were the Division and Ghost Recon, but after 2k+ to 3k+ hours on each - I can't stand playing them ANY MORE!! And can't find any other games I like!
I just want to play a little DMZ and be left alone, LOL. But the AI Bots won't leave anyone alone though.
Ya exfil campers are definitely a prey of mine! But I also donât hate them for playing the way thatâs fun to them. I support any/all playstyles even if I donât personally like them.
The DMZ is a beautiful place where all sorts of players and playstyles meet. I love it! Some are friendly, some are foe. Some are solo, and some large groups. The diversity makes things exciting and different each time!

I don't always play solo. 3-4 I made 7-8 friends and 3 of us played together a lot. But every time I have gone on in the last two weeks they are usually not on, or only on for a few minutes???

For this mission specifically I loaded in with my buddy and brought a joker for my primary. I do that with any reinforcem3nt missi9ns. I don't have explosive rounds yet.

Did this one yesterday.. lucky me found a jokr the day before. Got a Mun box and then hiked to the quarry.. had a team around fighting the AI and I am sure they were glad the Jokr took care of the Reinforcements... Basically Aim, Hold.. fire.. one shot kill on helis. Good luck pals

My wife and I slaughtered two different teams of those rats last night. The first was a instant down they had no plates the 2nd was on the police academy. They most haven't been alerted by the mortar.....team wipe. What a great feeling

I used an LMG with Armour Piercing Rounds & it still took around 200+ shots as it was flying away.. the next time a similar mission came up (at the airport) I brought an RPG with him to help out! #BOOM

@@cntrygurl573 Add incendiary rounds to the Sakin build. Still let's you have 3 extra slots of your choice. If you can get on the roof of the terminal and get within throwing range a well placed thermite grenade will give sustained damage. Also when exfil is on the runway outside the hangars there's lots of activity. Theres a gap in the corner of the outside wall with a couple of burned cars where you can camp without having to watch you back. Thats where i got one of mine. Good luck! Took me ages to stay alive long enough to get in range!
Another tip is mark the UAV tower on the map the enemies are using. As long as you stay more than 150 meters away from it they wonât see you on it

I lucked out and a SAM site was at the quarry. Activated, killed a bunch of AI, and downed two and the commander before it went offline.

Easiest way I found to do the choppers is activate a missile site when its their. Used to be very legit and work almost every time. Now its hit or miss, but still the easiest way. Everybody thinks they don't update this game much, but no thry do. ALOT. Just not in the way you want them too. And usually in ways to slow your roll so you buy things to make the game easier. It's all part of the plan lol hurting the spotter scope, killing off revive guns, those aren't bugs, they were changed in the code on purpose.

When I did this mission I waited till there was a sam site at the quarry then took it over and it did all the work for me
Also when you saw what looked like a bunch of real players fighting each other but you were not sure take your spotter scope out of thermal and get a better view. Iâm always switching between thermal and normal. Thermal to find players easily normal to get as much info as possible

When your out of plates grab some stims. I find stims way more often than plates

The 2 warehouses near that first truck you went past there is always a tonne of loot in them always find a backpack and 2 plate as well as first edition comics and sometimes gold bars. And some guns in green crates

I spawn there and every time there's a guy in front of the second bush on the left and then 10 more splattered around with helo teams coming after the second guy is dropped (if I have a gun ) or it's a game so fast the loading screen is a lot longer than play time.
Ya some spawns are wild starting. Hope to see changes and a little balance to that later on.
Pro tip, JOKR missiles are 1 hit ko on helos

Always soften up choppers with a couple semtex, then finish it off with an AR or lmg. This works for the SAKIN mission too btw, one nade only with that one just to be safe, then a full msg should destroy it. No idea why you decided to use a sniper for this but each to their own

Easy way load in with the joker and pickup a gun from the ground or lootable chest

I've found playing solo doing the weapon stash contracts yields great loot like armor vests and backpacks and for money the nuclear material contract

If you would have looted those two L shaped building just south of your spawn in would have got a two plate and med backpack for sure. Loot the lockers! Also Caution Tape RPK you get from brief case will take out those choppers a lot quicker!

I would suggest an LMG instead of the sniper to kill the helis. That, or bring in a launcher in your insured slot.

I feel like I can see a lot more with the spotter with the thermal vision off, itâs only useful when thereâs a player with a Gullie or in the radiation zone when trying to take out the chemist

Why did you refer that hk53 as an AR? AR means armalite rifle. The acronym ar15 means armalite rifle and 15 I believe is the 15th version
Iâm not familiar with or educated in all the âproperâ names and terminology with guns. Iâm game they refer to a set of weapons under certain categories such as âARs, LMGs, SMGs, etcâ rather than their correct and realistic names. So i refer to them by the names given by the developers.

I think you made this mission harder for yourself than it needed to be, just 2 semtex throws on the helicopter and half a clip from an AR and boom, and if you get the semtex out before the smoke drop the AI dnt even drop

Well they designed it for multiple play styles. There are missions where you need to team up, and there are missions to just kill other players and hunt them, then there are missions to just loot several items. Thatâs the beauty of DMZ. It can be played any single way. But itâs also okay to dislike other playstyles. I choose to appreciate all and any kind.
I accept play-styles, i dont like riot shield using campers for instance that spam hip-fire with shotgunsđbut i accept them, with a loving semtex stuck to their riotshieldsđthe bunny-hopping slide canceller, i accept with a loving release of gas to slow their dumb-asses downđthe melee abuser,ahh the melee abuser, how do i love thee let me count the ways, i love to line reticle right on incoming face of melee abusing target and pull trigger. Head shot slows run, then i pull out pistol and proceed to humiliateđbut DMZ head hunters, thats picking a fight with unsuspecting players to feel good about being dog-shit in BR. Thats y i dislike them. Whenever i have come in contact with these particular types of players, they always wait to shoot u in the back. Get em out in the open and they have no gun skill. How often does the servers reset the loot?!
We donât know yet. Might just be a one time thing, might be a seasonal thing. We should hear more into about in in 2 weeks ish

For this mission use the MG38 with 150 round and incendiary round attachments, I used a barrel and long suppressor to give better bullet velocity and damage range too, you'll take the chopper down no problems
Ya LMGs are certainly the way. Fortunately I was still able to get it done đ
Even easier way would be to get the SAM site if it's available near the quarry, that will take care of the helis

I'm honestly wondering what happened with the ex-fil camper, it seems like you may have permanently downed the camper (like stranded in solo with no self-revives) and the guy on the chopper was either an unrelated innocent or their squadmate who couldn't get up there to revive and just sort of left them. Either way they seem to have been defeated lol.

RE: exfil camper; you downed the camper, then you became the camper (the guy on the ground had called in the chopper and right before you are hit with the AI you can briefly see the exfil camper on your scope at 30:08

Hit the pilots and the heli crashes plus you get xp for any passengers aboard the chopper.
Hit them on approach as opposed to when they're departing.
