Exactly. Downtown real estate profits are going to go down. And if bosses don't realise the absolute necessity of WFH, the climate will remind them quite directly. Humans today cannot create losses in real estate, so the climate is helping fight extreme capitalism.

I don't know if you've been following the systematic dismantling of public transport by the ICE and petroleum industry.
