    I don't get why they don't show him actually working out? No way is he pissing about with a 70kgs back squat

      He's actually focusing on "time under tension" with that light weight...helps develop strength

      @@albertvasu5489 Itoje squatting 70kg isnt going to improve his strength no matter how much 'time under tension' he has.
      workout seems like a waste of time unless this is just some sort of active recovery or a rehab workout.
