There's been 2 major accusations and some minor ones, by people who claim to have known him personally and simply saying he's "creepy". The first one he admitted to himself and apologized for. It was basically him sleeping with someone, who later regretted it. Just lack of communication on both parts. The second one is that he should have sexually assaulted a 15year old, back when he was 21. No proof other than a band member from Matt's former band (Panucci's pizza) confirming it.
