Solid chance to contribute in Carolina; for one is he has NFL pedigree with being former NFL QB Jake Plummer's son. Also another reason is head coach Canales wanted a third QB and preferred a veteran which Carolina could still ad but if not I definitely see this kid getting a real shot. Big Arm, smart and accurate on the short and middle read throws and has the arm to push the ball down the field AKA stretch the field on occasion when needed. Lastly he is 6-5 some the other Panther's QB's do not have height. I believe Carolina will keep three QB's will Plummer he one of the three I personally hope so.

This dude's arm is legit. I've looked him up on some scouting reports and a lot of them mention his throwing velocity. It looks fine to me. Maybe there's a consistency issue, since this obviously isn't all of his tape. He's got good vision, strong arm, footwork needs a little work. His base below the waist needs a little work for sure. Gotta have a strong base to throw from consistently. Good pickup tho by Carolina.
