- Moving freight has always been hard work, especially for the strong mainline engines like Kent, Wes and Ellis. When it seems like they are approaching their limits, the appearance of a mysterious, "bobber," caboose changes the outcome of their jobs. As cabooses themselves are falling from mainstream use, how will the superpowered machines treat their newfound lucky charm?

Really loved this episode and that bobber caboose in my world a train is not complete without a caboose I love them as much as steam locomotives. Really loved the "Oh Susana" with Wes as he highballs for Trinidad.
I was thinking that "Three Mountains Outside of Trinidad" would be next.

And for those who are commenting on how fast it came out, I'm pretty sure it's because of quarantine. Quite a few of us who are staying home during COVID have been able to get videos done a lot faster, so I'm not as surprised. We gotta find something to do, after all.

Guys, just a great video, everything in sync on the locomotives. The detail on the headlight shots unbelievable good. I found myself looking to see if this was a hybrid video. The detail of everything about a close to live as possible. I am a train buff, modeler, and classic animation fan and you did well.

Passenger and freight crossing into Canada. The rail route from New Orleans to Jacksonville, FL. Legacy of the American Orient Express. Wonderful history for the Surf Line, I want to ride on this route soon. PS: with the ideas above, can you include Alaska’s Railroad, Railroads in the Civil War, Russia Trans-Siberia Railroad, Railroads in Canada, Colorado’s Narrow Gauge History, and the History of High-Speed Rail; please?

On the real railroad we always use military time to solve the 12am and 12pm problem lol but still pretty funny sometimes guys say 12 when they mean 0000 and it makes for a good laugh.

If there was any other steam locomotive I would love to see the San Juan roster I would love to see A&WP 290, Santa fe 3751, or a B&O EM-1 although I wonder if an articulate locomotive would be too big.

i think western pacific 173 was first build for FEC till it was buy from WP and brought to WP track but sadly scraped it was not scraped USSC would of restored it but it was scraped
