Schlatt's HOA is better than mine, they don't allow us anything around here. We can't have house plants at our front porch, we cannot park infront of our garage, such basic things enforced illegally by a man who's a part of HOA a majority of us wishes dropped dead lmao. He would literally call in friends to tow people's cars without warning he's that full of shit.
HOAs are just excuses for bitter wretched people with sad lives to gain any scrap of power and control over other people. I could not imagine a single case where an HOA is compromised of friendly neighbors looking out for their community and I would choose homelessness over buying a home in one of these "communities". It could be a fuckin dollar a month and I would rather have a musty bottom of a bridge to sleep in

Actually that's not even completely wrong *Don't build your house on the sandy land* but build it on solid foundation/rock. I'm siding with Jawsh. He's knows his stuff. Nicolas cage big daddy from the movie kick ass is a great character, also is a the father of a child and they fight crime. They fight crime in the city. I love the line where Nicolas cage says "ass kick". Implying that the main character kick ass is a wimp, because he keeps getting beat up for being a bad superhero. In the city they fight crime.
