Definitely the most well built pw80 on CZcams. People don't understand not much needs to be done to get them like this. Just lean out the jetting on the main and needle (especially if you have removed the oil injection and are running a different gas oil ratio like 32:1 or 40:1) also make sure the exhaust restriction washer is removed. And then probably the most important part is the gearing. Try to run around a 3:1 sprocket ratio like 13-39 or 15-45.
Hc 437 I think you may be the stupidest person I have ever heard. Maybe a 2 stroke yz80 is faster than a 110 but a pw80 is way slower than a 110 this kid is just insane at riding
So after beating my head over and over trying to make mine go faster I put in a twin reed set with a rev plate and it came alive it dubled in speed and I have no rev limit
Get a boyesen reed set(just nut up and buy the latest and most $) Get the spacer that goes with/next to the reeds.(thickest you can find) Take your header off and drill out the restrictor plate...all the way(flange end) If it’s anything but a new exhaust clean all the carbon/oil/bs out of it with brake cleaner and a torch!!! I’m serious. Put it in a vise outside! Get the damn water hose before u start. This is an old school trick I shouldn’t be posting but your exhaust has hundreds of small holes in it that get clogged and burning them out will slightly enlarge them creating more flow than it had brand new! Last just google rev limiter delete/no rev limiter. Then when it’s all back together and it’s running a lot meaner but it’s still not at 💯. It’s your jets!!

Yes u can get peewees to go really hard if u work them. Look up highley modified pw50 Meyer racing austrailia. That thing hammers I've ridden it and it smokes any proper race bike 50s like a ktm50 absolutely smokes them.
Third gear, keep on pushing the gears down until you hit neutral youll know if you can move forward freely, start it push the gear up( on the bottom left side, the right side is the back brake) ride push it up again to go second gear( goes around 30mph i go that speed and its fun) and push it up again to go third gear goes 40/50mph i havent gone third gear yet but im going to soon.

There definitely is not a yz80 motor in it. Pause the video around 1:10 ish you can clearly see that’s a PW motor. You tell me what yz motor has an exhaust coming out the bottom or a cylinder head with fins.... learn your bikes and motors instead of playing fortnite.

+basilenglish a stock kx65 does 50-55 and have a nice power band and a pw80 goes like 40mph stock and are slow at acceleration
