I am using easy vanes (out of Australia) this season and they have worked out well. You can order them in different helical, number of vanes, weights, and colors. They hold up really well and don’t come off on pass throughs. I am not an archery guy so it saves me from buying jigs etc. Other than being a little heavier I don’t see any other real down side for the casual bow hunter.
loved this video! but you have to embrace 3d printing. it's not finding the correct shaft, is modifying the stl to fit any arrow, use other filaments to test more or less stiffness and even 4-6-8 fletching, lastly modifying the vanes's helical offset :D
Very interesting for sure. Is that an aftermarket bow jack foot...for lack of better word...at 6:02? Not sure I have seen that before but then again, I have only shot Mathews and Bowtech.
There are many others on the market made of more rubber material and not PLA. They're durable but heavy. Otherwise there's nothing special about them compared to your average vane. Material matters.

Test zingers with your broadheads , you can order those with three or four fletch and pick left or right and the degree of helical.
