Value for money ultima. Feel almost same in both mattress. But if u like soft and sinking feel than go with memory otherwise HR foam best.

Orthopedic mattress : This is something which every company is fooling to their customer nobody's know what orthopedic means i have seen company like wake fit are selling memory foam mattress by naming orthopedic. Orthopedic mattress need a high density foam or we can say at least medium firm if i rate memory foam its a medium soft firm which you cannot say it as orthopedic mattress.

If u are searching for ortho mattress than I am not recommend both mattress. Buy bonded foam base in mattress or 50 density HR foam base. Plus 1inch soft foam.
