- Hi Guys! In today's video, I'm showing the new and improved siren. The siren is still a W.I.P and might change in its design. However, for now, this is what I have.
The siren is now a lot more polished than before. And I plan on updating it a lot more! The siren can now spin when a tornado is nearby, and it has new sounds, with a new model and texture!
Also, I have great news! The addon is coming together quite well. And I hope to release the test release or the first beta soon! However, I'm still unsure how to publish it because of NPC112 stealing recently. However, he did admit to his mistake. However, it still makes me nervous. Knowing that I have all of these features, he could grab ahold.
So I need ideas on how I could release it. Blocking him wouldn't work. Since he could easily join the discord server if I put it there to download. Or he could just use MCPEDL or my website to take or even another website that steals the new version.
So I need you guys to help decide how I should do this...
Also the siren sounds are louder, I just have it set lower. Also same for the particles. They're just disabled!

Love it! As expected, but one suggestion: make it so it causes mob panic, like bells at villages the villagers run inside or under cover. If not possible, that's fine just an idea!

Suggestions to make the addon even better:
F3, F4, and F5 tornado variants that destroy more blocks like stone type blocks, and metal blocks (basically stronger blocks)
Being able to draw our own path for where we want the tornadoes to go
Tornadoes flinging more blocks everywhere

I was at my friend's house and I asked him a mod he wanted he questioned if I had a hurricane mod, I sadly don't, wondering if you could add categorized hurricanes that throw grass textured tnt so it actually does something, and a few more suggestions being: tornadoes spawn naturally, enable/disable with npc and so supercells have a 50/50% of turning or not turning into an ef0, to ef1, to an ef2, and in 1.16 expecting the ef3, to that. Not tryna overload you but you could be the first to make a hurricane mod!

I have a really interesting question for you that’s really peaked my curiosity. How dose one render something such as a tornado in minecraft? Is it with a lot of 3D design or messing with particle movement? I’m just curious just because it blows me away that someone can do this type of work in a game such as this! It takes a lot of talent too!
So the tornadoes are only particles. They are constantly being put at the tornadoes location using commands. The commands are being ran through the addon
Dang! For it being just a command… that’s pretty impressive! It still makes me wonder how Coros did his as well though. I think it’s impressive you pulled off the rope like movements with the EF0! Was that one the hardest to code?
Come to think of it, he probably did something similar to what you’re doing but instead, he’s rendering in his own custom textures and particles but who knows 🤷♂️

@@IceCarno Me and my friend made the sounds from scratch! I may have gone overboard on the editing and made them too creepy. Which Fun Fact! They were originally for the npc. But I decided to use them, because some parts sound like wind.
