Agreed 100%. I noticed many of those features like wireless screen projection , power button on screen, secure apps and folders and customization, summarize notes and restructure writing , I noticed I have had on one ui for years. But apple did well with the satellite emergency and text , crash detection, AI personal voice, math notes , and Apple Intelligence Siri . The truth is both Android and Apple copy each other but Android is way to fun to use especially with the emulation I do in my Samsung TV ecosystem w wireless projection

Samsung's features and performance have surpassed "iPhones polishness". Iphone users need to accept it.

What gets me so much on our monet theming is the fact that it was introduced on Android 12, and yet, moving close to Android 15, all of the developers still aren't on board. I have a few that stick out like sore thumbs. And, they are from popular apps. Temple run 2, and Hulu. I mean, come on already. I hate having to make folders to keep the look clean. So, I just pass on the monet altogether.
Edit...I should say that i pass on the icon theming. I do use the color palate theming.

Its funny, how app developers complain about apple & their rules & how much apple charge them, when somebody purchase something through that app. If they don't like it, they should try to make a better app for android & they might make more money.

I have an s24 Ultra but still want to put out there that Apple really was first to market with what we now know as the modern smart phone. They both copy each other, wouldn’t you say that the s24 and s24+ resemble the iPhone an awful lot? Let’s all be honest here… I have had both phones and see benefits in both. Android can never be as polished as IOS, but with that said, Apple and slipped in recent years and disappoints with every new release…

I couldn’t help but think the same thing! The guy also sounded like a broken record with saying Samsung had this for years or they copied this from Samsung literally a million times. The dude act iPhone users have never seen an Android or a Samsung lol! It came off as a bit insecure! All the while Apple pretty much started this whole modern smart phone thing and This UI looks like a direct copy of iOS as far as its looks. Customization is not some scientific break through that Apple couldn’t figure out. They just simply have a different business model by bringing out certain things to keep people interested over time instead of giving them the kitchen sink at once. Android people need to understand that the customization stuff was never really going to lure most away from iPhone because the main reason people are with Apple is because of its ecosystem, better functioning apps, security, updates, resale value, less fragmentation, and Apple’s attention to detail about things that matter!

IBM made the first smartphone, iphone just copied that , added some stuff and stole the name iphone from the lynxys iphone and did some amazing marketing and the hype still goes and people think apple is the best when the only thing they do the best is point and shoot video , other than that , even 15pm is slow at loading apps , Its fragile, gives buggy updates, really good photography not as good as Samsung or vivo, still uses the outdated face id with the worst workflow ever where u have to swipe to unlock and I can just put your phone in front of your face and tell you hey look here and you.look amd the phone unlocks and I'm.gone with it on my way to Airdrop everything and use your data however I want before you find me because u can still track the phone down. It has the slowest charging and also heats while charging, and ios is a joke of an os except for taking photos in social media apps you can't even download files on background except if its from Icloud. Ios is just lacking , clipboard history, number row in keyboard, universal back gesture, better notification management, better files management, and why tf do I have to change all kinds of settings from the settings app ? Can't there be a settings icon in the app I'm using and just tap It and get me to the apps settings menu? I have to switch between 2 apps to do that while I can't even use split screen ? Oh and i forgot the atrocious hole in the screen for the face id that unlocks with the faces of your siblings.

Apple missed a thing: when iphones eill start to look different from each other, ppl will might look at other brands, too! It wont be a seamless experience on all iphones. Im not sure i chose my words right.

I’m sure it’s more than that. Apple always copies Samsung - eventually. Samsung innovates. Apple steels.

Meh... Apple, Android, and OneUI routinely steal from each other all the time. It's not even a big deal any more. What matters is that all 3 are improving. Consumers win, in the end.

    • @Anamae5451

You are exactly right and if you dig deeper you'll see all they do is steal. They don't have a ton of lawsuits for being innovative like Apple fanboys would like you to believe.
