CD launch of Veselé muzika z Ratíškovic

An evening full of melodies and joy enlivened the club house in Ratíškovice, where a festive event was held to introduce the new CD of the Merry Music from Ratíškovice. Although some may consider brass music to be a traditional affair for older generations, the event of this evening clearly disproved this prejudice. Brass music is still a vibrant and important part of our culture, both for young and older listeners. Jožka Novák Jr., the grandson of the founder, continues to maintain these traditions in Ratiškovice and leads this Slovak brass band.
