I chose door 2. A month ago we decided to sell our house and downsize. We chose a reputable estate agent, they valued the property and we put the house on the market with them. Earlier this week, the Estate Agents phoned to asked us to reduce the price by £25,000. This would mean the house would sell, they would get their commission, but we would not have enough money to buy another property once stamp duty, estate agents fees, solicitors fees and removal costs were met. So, until the Contract we signed with the Estate Agents we are just sitting in limbo.
There is a shortage of bungalows where I live, so demand outstrips supply and bungalows sell for far more than they are worth. We would have to completely downsize, yet pay the same amount as our house will sell for. Live is strange, having lived in this area for over 40 years, we recently discovered an area we didn't know existed and fell in love with the place. I know that two bungalows are coming up for sell at the end of the year, and I like to think that we will be able to purchase one of these bungalows then. There is a shortage of bungalows where I live, so demand outstrips supply and bungalows sell for far more than they are worth. We would have to completely downsize, yet pay the same amount as our house will sell for. Live is strange, having lived in this area for over 40 years, we recently discovered an area we didn't know existed and fell in love with the place. I know that two bungalows are coming up for sell at the end of the year, and I like to think that we will be able to purchase one of these bungalows then. Perhaps this was all meant to happen now and I put it down to a learning curve. @@allygee5468

I chose door #3. The day I watched this reading was the day I had my first stress test. I’m over weight, eating habits are bad and I have high cholesterol. Anyway….the stress test revealed premature ventricular contractions. Not the end of the world, but, I need to make some dietary changes and start exercising.
