Depeche Mode Black Celebration CD (Unboxing)

Arguably the darkest album by DM, but it’s the beauty of this album and the golden period of the band. They released such songs as Blasphemous Rumors, Fly on the Windscreen, A Question of Lust, New Dress (the last one is quite prophetic) though the sound and lyrics are as great and unique as in previous album but a lot more heavy and mood depending. I have difficult relationship with this album. It is great, haunting, memorable and ear pleasing, and I liked most of the tracks (besides the ones I mentioned above my favorites are Black Celebration, A Question of Time, Here is the House, Stripped), but the other tracks weren’t that memorable to me. Therefore among albums from SGR to SOFAD this one is my least favorite. Perhaps I should relisten to the album. And I also enjoyed But Not Tonight and Shake the Disease (to me it’s the second best B-side song after Dangerous). And the cover is catchy as always.
