Hello Sir, I am planning to apply for Women's Scholarship, I am a CA Final student, while filling out the basic information in the scholarship application process, there is question regarding number of years work experience in Investment Management Industry. The application is not accepting zero work exp in the field of investment management field.
I have no direct work experience in these industry but for 3 years I have been part of the core audit team for banking and investment management companies
I have put in Full Time Student under employment status because currently I am preparing for CA exams and won't be working prior to qualifying CA, which will be in May 24.
Has the criteria for women's scholarship changed? Could please help about what should I do?

To be honest, the scholarship grant seems random. I have seen a lot of well written essay greeting rejected and a lot of poor ones (like the second essay from the girl who wrote it in ten min) got the scholarship. It almost feels unfair.
Thank you for providing your analysis but you seem biased, you say good about everything in the essay which got the scholarship even though you will find ton of similar essay not getting the scholarship. Sanjay saraff sir has also discussed this issue in one of his video.
