It's the classic case of a woman falling in love with someone who doesn't love them back and said woman decides to have a baby thinking that the baby will somehow make the man love her. SOMETIMES it works, but most of the time it's a complete and utter disaster with the kid being the one to suffer the most.
She did refuse to sleep with Den so many times though. She only did it now because she was desperate but this is not like the Kat/Andy situation. She should have turned the tables on Den by being honest - she might have earned a little respect then.
To be fair to Zoe Den put her in an impossible situation. She could have turned the tables on him though by telling someone the truth - Alfie or Little Mo. Even if it meant losing Dennis it would have been better.
