You made a small mistake. He didn't get a military wagon; you don't get one with Delaware (probably because it's just 700 food). He built the barracks with his first settler wagon for 200 wood immediately after the age-up (4:17).
So those cows actually start with 150 ADDITONAL food, on top of the 50 base all cows have. Meaning it's actually 1200 food and 2 mills. Absolutely bonkers card for age 2.
actualy is nerfed alot i try do it but there is no chance do it against ottomans..I end up without baracks before 1 troops arive on my town..Waste of time now probably was good before.
This was a bit slow for usa tbh. With dutch you can manage 13 units in 4:50 ish if u manage a good 14 vill age. With russia u can do 17 units in 5:10 consistently. Germany 13 + 2 uhlans in 5:15 or so. Some good rushes out there. Should check them all out.

since the mills support pop that homestead card is also worth like another 2 houses which is another 200 wood
I would go even further: no villagers are building it, they spend their time gathering instead.
Have to say USA is #1, there was never a need to have sharpshooter range 23.

What order did he choose the age levels? I saw Delaware, then after Delaware what were his other choices?
