Aston Martin FINALLY Breaks SILENCE on Lance Stroll's FUTURE!

  • ▶︎▶︎ Honda opened up about their ‘involvement’ in Aston Martin’s driver’s lineup, but even though the majority of the F1 world thought that they would have a greater say in how things would shape up in the Silverstone-based squad, Aston Martin have yet again shared their ‘devotion’ to Lance Stroll and how his technical knowledge and expertise are the key of continuing the relationship with the team his father owns. But all this does is begs one very important question - is this slowly but surely the first ‘conflict’ between Honda and Aston Martin, and if so, who would have the better say at the end of the day?

      @@DummyThinksThoughts Aramco is trying to buy the majority stake of the team. If they succeed they along with Honda can force him out of any ownership of the race team. Plus he is only a share holder at Aston Martin. Although he’s an executive chairman he owns less than 17%. He can easily be voted out of the race team by the other share holders.

      I cannot understand what the shareholders think on the one hand they have world champion awesome driver then they have a total rubbish driver lucky if he finishes the race Aston Martin have provided the drivers with a decent car Now it's time to replace the second driver but unfortunately his father owes the team

    Wait, I’m confused. Are you saying Honda’s priority is having the best driver’s in the cars they are powering or having a Japanese driver in the cars they are powering because those goals may not be the same thing.
    If having Yuki or any other driver Japanese driver filling the other seat is the priority how is that different than Lawrence’s priority of having his son occupy the other seat? And since Lawrence is the owner shouldn’t his priority trump all others? Honda’s merely a supplier.

    Sell to Andretti Mr. Stroll! It's Time! Sorry but if it wasn't Daddy, Lance would be history! So let someone who can drive have the ride and lets get back to racing!

    • @wratower7409
      @wratower7409 Před měsícem

      That would be ideal, the only problem would be Andretti is/trying to bring GM into F1 so the Aston/Honda marriage immediately strained and soon thereafter be terminated. That not only would Stroll finally be gone but they would probably lose Alonso and any chance at Yuki.
      That being said it’s a huge mistake not allowing Andretti into the sport. It’s would finally give us Americans a real home team to cheer for like we were suppose to get with Haas before they turned into Ferrari’s bitch.

      You can't be serious. He is one of the worst drivers. Ocon was on par with Alonso. Stroll has handful of good races a year, he bleeds points for the team.

      Sorry, but are we talking about the same Lance? I don't mean to hate on the guy but come on, his performance has been subpar. When Alonso was bagging podiums left and right in the 1st half of the 2023, where was Lance? 6th? 7th? 9th? Aston Martin was clearly the best of the rest specially in the early half of 2023.
