The host does an excellent job of showcasing and putting an audience at ease with striking looks body language and perfectly fit clothing on what seems to be a well worked out body. Very pleasant to watch and see the properties.When I decide to buy in Italy, it would definitely be through your platform.

First time that i am not impressed with the staging for a 2.8m€ home. Weeds, covered pool and garden furniture without the cushions, etc. The owners should be more involved if they want to sell.
Absolutely, charming. I love the fun the decorators had playing against the rustic nature of the villa. It would be fun if, by some bend in time, the farmers from 100-200 years ago could slip in to see their simple farm house turned to a castello. Yet, another lucky buyer to envy. And DR's poise in front of the camera is a joy to watch blossom. Rai 1 may be watching.

Very pretty country house in the middle of 3.5 hectares more with apartment for the caretaker. What can I say ... it is simply beautiful and very well priced. Bravo Danilo, you are going to sell quickly, we keep our fingers crossed 👏 👍 🌹 😘

But in this case it’s other way round: very nice spaces and questionable design: furniture and lamp in the living room, bird-shaped shelf in the kitchen, etc. Luckily new owner can easily change it.
