Mauritius. That much butter to make cheese......! Better cheese....? Cheese needs only milk and another very cheap and trivial substance like vinegar or ..... The output is still very good. With butter, expensive and and not necessarily tastier. But I agree that yours is one of the various recipes . Without ill feelings. Salaam
