I love your eyes! You make me want to give this a try. 💙
Go for it! Thank you for watching!
I paint realistic eyes with acrylic paint, but the ones you do are very nice. I never saw eyes done in fingernail polish before. I love the simplicity and the realistic effect. You have found a great art form.
I want to see your done with acrylics ! That's all I have and can't afford to go out and buy nail polish ! Thanks.
Eye of ender
Amazing!!!
Bravissima 💙 grazie x il video
Fantastic!
Thanks for sharing ❤
Excellent!
Thank you thank you for showing a feast beautiful way to do this. I did the long processes but no longer
Thanks for watching! Like I mentioned in the video, it might take a few practice runs, but the fun part is you can easily scrape it off and have a do over! :)
Beautiful
That’s very cool
Beautiful 🤗❤️
Great video, I'm trying to make cat eyes for some needle felting projects. I'll try something like this!
😉💭💖💗💟❣💜💙 your Dragon Eye D.I.Y style... So much more simpler then all the others are going through to make theirs... yet still comes out beautiful, and all the infinite color possibilities that you can create for a Dragon Eye Pendant.... 😎💯💥💖💗💞❣.....
You make this look so easy! I have been trying to paint 18mm cat eyes the same way you show in the video and I cannot get it to look right. I've finally figured out that I can shape the pupil with a thin brush and acetone instead of the safety pin I was using. Now I got mica powder and the nail polish base but I can't seem to get the opaqueness that I want. The polish looks super pigmented but once I put it on the eye it is super see through 😭
Do you make it look so easy
Omg girl you are so good❤️
You are so kind Monica. Thank you for watching! ❤❤❤
LOVE your technique!
Thank you Dar! It's much faster than layering for sure. I appreciate you watching!
@@HeathersTreasures Thank you! I am learning and you have helped me! Currently getting ready to mix my colors of nail polish to use! I have micas that are not for body use.. I knew I had them for a good reason! Anyway, thank you for your kind words! Your enthusiasm is wonderful!! -Darlene
@@darsmith3448 you just made my day!

TOO MUCH MAN! WOW! I WANT TO SEE HOW SMALL WE CAN MAKE THESE. THANK YOU
Fantastic technique and thank you. What do you do with your completed eyes please ? ❤️
I want to make one of these for my childhood cat that passed away 3 weeks ago. I miss her terribly, she had the most beautiful eyes
Thank you
As a nailtech I use the anti dust sprays. I would make the pupil first like you do and dry it. Then add the colors and while it is still wet I’ll spray right in the middle for a nice ombre effect. Maybe something to try out☺️
I accidentally found this page, and how timely it was. I have been painting dragon eyes for awhile now and find it a tedious process and they don't look especially good when I'm done. Is all the "paint" that you use nail polish? Do you use a certain type, or is inexpensive nail polish just as effective? I can't wait to try your technique. Are you using nail polish remover to clean your brushes? All this time I have been using acrylic paints, the metallic paints, and the colors are amazing, but you're right drying and scraping and repainting, over and over again to try to get the right look and ending with a mucky back when I'm finished.
WOW AMAZING
Thank you Paula!
The pupil itself doesn’t have lines coming out of it, it’s the effect of the iris being layered and occlusion over the pupil. The lines are created by shadow. The pupil itself is a hole 🕳 but the iris is textured and layered. Look up a picture of the iris up close. This painting technique gives the same visual representation in effect. Just clarifying that it’s the iris that’s ridged with tiny lines surrounding the pupil, not the pupil that is lined or streaking outward.
Hello. 😊 looks great! What kind of paint is it? I tryed using acrilic and it didn't work...
Wow 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️😀
Can you send all the materials you use..thank you
Use tacky putty on the end of a pencil and stick the cabachon on the end. Then you can hold it with the pencil and keep your hands clean.
I use popsicle sticks for that.
Do you think I could use uv nail polish for this? The mica tip is very helpful!
Suh-weet!!!!!
Disculpa los ojos los compras o tú los haces con resina transparente?, Un saludo desde México, muchas gracias.
O M G I'm looking at the blue one you did and thinking how on earth did you make it so gorgeous . . . And now I know! So freaking easy! I'm definitely gonna try my hand at it. Where do you get your mica powder?
Thank you sooooo much 💜💜💜
Colour cottage! Great colors and so economical. I'm so glad you enjoyed it!❤❤❤
Nice result.
Where to send soap, a nail brush, and a manicure kit?
Do you make them for fishing lures?
Many moons ago I was a nail tech. We used formaldehyde to thin nail polish.
What kind of paint is that what kind of paint do you use your eyes look amazing I would like to try it but I need to know what kind of paint
Parece bem difícil , se dessevpara ampliar bem a imagem quem sabe !
what are you adding to the paint? did you say bramble? what is that? thanks for your answare. Amazing job
I want to try this eye technique to make horse eyes but I need very small ones.
Will a light still shine through after painting the back black if you want to light the eyes up?
What do you clean your paintbrushes with?
Hi, thanks, would you also know a way to make a big eye, like 20 cm in diameter? Thanks!
The only eyes I use!
Thank you Karen. I really appreciate your support! ❤❤❤
Very pretty ! I guess all that scratching and whatnot ISN'T real necessary. Cool. What can acrylics be used ? Plz give me an answer. I just cant afford nail polishes. Crazy priced stuff there.thanks. maybe ill just try it with acrylic and ill surely find out why not. Lol thanks
So is all of the colors (the blues and greens) nail polish? Or did you make them?
Is that nail polish? You say paint but then showed the BrambleBerry stuff so I'm a bit confused. Beautiful eye!
What do you use for your colors?
