    ALREADY PREPARED ADAI
    FRESH COCONUT MILK - 2 CUP
    SUGAR - 4 TSPOON
    SAGO - 2 SPOON
    CHOPPED COCONUT AS REQUIRED
    CASHUNUTS AS REQUIRED
    CARDOMAM POWDER - 1/2 TSPOON
    IN RAW RICE FLOUR ADD A PINCH OF SALT AND WATER AND MIX IT WILL WITHOUT LUMPS.ADD HALF SPOON OF BUTTER AND MIX IT WELL.NOW THE BATTER IS READY.TAKE A PLATE AND SPREAD A BUTTER ON THE PLATE.SIDE BY SIDE PRE HEAT A IDLY POT NOW KEEP A BATTER SPREAD PLATE IN A IDLY POT AND STREEM IT FOR 5 MINUTES.
    LOOK THE ADAI IS PERFECTLY COOKED THIS IS A PERFECT TEXTURE.MAKE ALL ADAI AND CUT IT IN TO THE SMALL PEACES AND KEEP A SIDE.NOW KEEP A ANOTHER PAN AND ADD JAGGERY AND ADD 1 CUP WATER AND WAIT TO JAGGERY DE SOLVE.AFTER JAGGERY DESOLVE KEEP A SIDE.NOW TAKE A THICK PAN AND ADD 5 SPOON OF GHEE AND ADD OUR FRESHELY COOKED ADAI IN TO THE PAN AND FRY FOR 3 MINUTES.FILTER THE JAGGERY MIXTURE IN THE FRYED ADAI AND KEEP SIMMER THE FLAME SIMMER AND WAIT TO COOK WELL.ADD 2 SPOON SOCKED SAGO AND MIX IT WELL THA JAGGERY SHOULD MIX WITH ADAI AND SHOULD THICKEN THE STAGE.THIS IS THE CORRECT STAGE TO ADD COCONUT MILK.ADD 2 CUP OF COCONUT MILK IN AND KEEP SIMMER IT SHOULD BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES.ADD 3 TO 4 TSP OF SUGAR.THIS IS THE CORRECT CONSISTENCY.IN THIS STAGE WE CAN ADD ROSTED CASHUNUTS.ELACHI POWDER.
