Reminds me of when I tried to make a gluten free version of the overwatch cake. I did a Mercy design out of buttercream! Got moldy after two days cause of how hot it was. >.>
Pro tip: if your icing gets to liquidy while piping it you can throw it into the freezer to re firm it all you would need to do is remix the frosting as the liquid will separate from the sugar
