Rule number one for carrying passengers is never to deliberately alarm them, not even a little. Unlike so many other similar videos in which a supposed "emergency" is employed to reach the marriage proposal in flight, you refrained from this ploy. May you both have long and happy lives together.
I agree. I am a 76-year-old retired US Navy pilot from the Vietnam war and I really dislike the men who alarm their women with fake emergency proposals! This proposal was well done.

Maybe I don't get it because I'm not a pilot or crazy into aviation, but for me, those moments leading into the proposal, the proposal itself, and the ones that immediately follow are some of the most special. Moments that I would think would be best spent focused directly, intently, and intimately with your partner - which is not possible when flying an aircraft. The fact that Lexi was so focused on him, though, speaks a lot to her character. You've got a good one, Jonathan.
