Point of correction. Indicate the earning you mentioned for Software Engr's is for entry level. Not experienced hires. Experienced hires commonly earn over 4 times what you mentioned on a monthly basis.
2.8mil per year is far from correct
These are not entry level positions and require years of experience, so the video can be misleading in that these managers have been often engineers or high level techs before becoming managers.

Earning such amount here is Nigeria is better than earning $25k abroad far better.
