- Join me for part two of my visit to the creepy well in the woods. In part one, I dropped some cameras down the well. In this video, I use my neodymium magnet to "fish" for relics or whatever else may be in the deep well. It starts to rain, and boy oh boy, did I get wet. I hope you enjoy!

Magnet fishing! Why does it always take me so long to find out about cool hobbies like these! I'm excited to give this a try eventually in my local Creeks & ponds. Might even look around & ask if the people who live in all the old houses around here if they have any old wells on their property

Thank you for covering that well up. I know you mentioned animals falling down, but my friend actually died from falling into a well in Malia, Greece. He was missing for 11 years until some construction work took place and he was finally found. If you Google Steve Cook Malia you'll find more info. Keep up the good work.
I used to work in the Caribbean and other islands, once I found an abandoned plantation house foundations and all from the 1700s I found a deep well and dove into it using a caving ladder, found all kinds of cool stuff manicals, an old flintlock that disintegrated as soon as I pulled it from the bottom , at first the water was clear and then it mucked up. it was huge opening at the bottom.but the tube was about same size as this one! Man I miss that kind of stuff.

I've found wells like that in the woods. I've nearly stepped in a couple. They're always spooky and you always think what if it was dark.

I found a well in the woods once, but it was smaller, and I was able to fill it with logs on end. Looked a bit weird, but better than critters falling into it.

Back in 1954, I cleaned out a well i Soth Jersey. It took all day it was August, the water was very ver Cold! A set of 20 foot tomgs would have done the job.

That really should be covered. I lost my 8 year old cousin back in the sixties from her falling into an abandoned well. Her friends couldn't get her out and by the time her father got there it was to late.

Best video I've watched in a long time on CZcams. You learn all you need to know about love, life and happiness. Part 3 will not be published, however, that's when he fell in and found his destination. Rescue teams did not make it to pull him out because he was not magnetic.
