I think you should show them a run bts episode. They don't get to see the boys fully comfortable and themselves especially Jimin whos quiet during American interviews and chaotic asf during RUN BTS.
I agree! I think episodes 131-132 (water gun episodes) or 33-34 (manito/photo booth) are really good choices to begin with

Yes Suga is mostly composed..... BUT... when his meoww meoww side gets activated he is as chaotic as everyone 😂 and it is extra adorable because it doesn't happen all the time hehe

@@briannarabago when I got my best friend into bts I told him can he have everyone except Jin and yoongi before he saw then actually and then when he saw their videos he couldn’t stop choosing between hoseok or yoongi and I basically fought for him😭😭😭😭 we were just joking but he ending up choosing hobi and jimin 😂

Yoongi cracks me up every time! In every interview you can see everyone being chaotic and there’s him trying to actually give a rational answer, all calm and collected. But when he decide to join the fun he’s as chaotic as the others 😂
Haha yeah I’m British and compared to Americans we tend to have quite dry humour a lot like SUGA so I find all his jokes absolutely hilarious. Thank you so much for another great video can’t wait to see more
I'm American, and yeah... Most of our humor is slapstick or embarrassing situations. I honestly hate it and rarely watch comedy movies from my own country...

I fuckin die everytime yoongi answers w/ age to that 10 years question but I think it’s only funny to army & people who are actually familiar w/ them & know their age cause I remember him making that same joke/ answer when asked that question around DNA era I believe 😂😭
just a lil trivia: Jin was a student in Australia for a very short time as an exchange student, he didnt reveal this until recently to the other members since he said he isnt that good in English. He is the 2nd most fluent in English and he converse w/ foreigners in other countries in basic English (Bon Voyage, Summer/Winter Package, American Hustle Life (one guy said hes the 2nd most fluent in English).
I wouldn't say 2nd most fluent (and again I'm not hating by saying that lol) I feel Suga and jhope would be considered 2nd

What do you mean by recently? Like a few years ago but it was still a few years of them knowing each other? Only we’ve known for a few years now about the Australia thing because of that teenage Jin photo that was taken on the exchange.

@@SD-nx6ky I think in the early days it was definitely accurate to say Jin was second best to RM. Suga's comprehension is excellent, I think, but he didn't/wouldn't speak much. Jin is really good at communicating in English, and would often step up when RM wasn't around. Now, for sure, J-Hope has really improved, and JK, too. It's harder to tell where everyone falls, but it's really cool to see the evolution. I've got so much respect for how hard they're working. And a big yes on JK's pronunciation - really great. 💜

This was very cute! I love how you can tell jin's like the ice breaker of the group, obviously with the wwh thing but when bts didn't really have an answer to a question, jin stepped in with changing his hair to pink and smiling as a way of joking around and providing that lightheartedness.
I recommend choosing one of the run bts episodes to show them their personalities a little more, american shows don't really do any of them justice!
I laughed when she replied "You're welcome" when JK said "Thanks for inviting us" in the interview. More BTS contents please. Loved your reactions.

The vibe between the Jimmy Fallon Show and the Stephen Colbert show is so different. I think they were more comfortable at the Jimmy Fallon show. I loved when Suga answered "maybe 36" I think he was being sarcastic.

I'm Native American, and I completely understood Suga's joke about '36' the first time I heard it. I cracked up and missed the next minute of what was being said. So, you may be right about cultural backgrounds affecting one's getting the joke. Suga has a dry sense of humor, but he slays it every time when he goes for it.

Jin is really great at english he studied at Australia before its just his pronunciation his korean accent is so noticable
I think regarding the humor (turning 36, and other things) either interviewers don't get it or they assume BTS didn't understand the question--- due to cultural or language barrier, so they take it seriously not to offend. Either way, no big deal,... I guess it changed in more recent interviews, they are able to connect better (in most. hah). Enjoyed your vid! 💜

i recommend reacting to a bts run episode since it gives you more of an insight about their personalities and their dynamic together. a good recent one is run episode 144 or 140
the one where they had to relay a word with headphones on was iconic and the pool where the administrator gets splashed with water was so funny too. Run BTS is the best variety show ever. 🤣

I think the best thing you can do to make someone an ARMY, who is maybe a bit sceptical about the music at first, is to try to win them by the guys' personalities. I think that's a huge reason why so many of us are ARMYs in the first place, because we love the guys, their message, words, relationship, all that jazz.
I have a friend who's not really into their music (but she honestly haven't heard much, I think if she gave it a bigger chance, she'd like it), but she thinks they are cute and we often exchange gifs of the boys. I also showed her a few interviews and funny videos and she really enjoyed those. I think it's only a matter of time before she falls for them the same way I did 😁
Sometimes it feels like a personal mission to figure out how to introduce BTS to different kinds of people. Some might go for the music, some for the personalities, some might like to nerd about their MVs... I especially hate choosing only one or two songs, cs you need to be careful with your choice 😩😄 and since they have so many songs with so many genres... It's like "one mistake and you failed the mission".

You should show them the first Grammy Museum interview where the interviewer asked actual good questions and they explained kpop and their story arc for their m/v’s
You should show them the popular video "Who is BTS? the seven members of bangtan (introduction)" by Suga & spice since that video is extremely well done and definitely tells a lot about the member's personality, how bts was formed, and what they accomplished!
V, suga and jin are mostly they roast them but they can't understand. 😂😂😂
