I like a big screen but what is interesting is the OEM retractable screen allowed for nothing to be desired from those passing by while your car is parked. Once you ditch the OEM for that big screen you are unable to retract. Just curious if there are any options to upgrade with a retractable screen? Great feature walkthrough vid.

I installed the NTG 5 android 12.3 inch to my Mercedes e350 2016, but the NTG menu icon does not show on the screen, I need to switch back to original screen in order to set audio to aux…I installed all plugs and harness correctly…please help

@@fashionunlimited1178 There should not be audio lag when playing music or videos direct from the screen. However, if you are using bluetooth from your phone to the screen then there will be a slight audio delay.
@@accessoriesinternationalin6358 so if I understand correctly with a SIM card or WiFi there shouldn't be a delay but with Bluetooth there will be in regards to CZcams, Netflix etc...
@@fashionunlimited1178 No. If you use CZcams, Netflix, etc, directly from your screen, there will be no delay. However, if you pair your phone to the screen via bluetooth, and then play a CZcams video from your phone, the audio which comes out of the car speakers will have a delay.

Hi, we’d recommend trying option 16 for your model. However, if this does not work, you can simply select the other options and go through a trial and error process. 👍🏼
hello, I already installed an android on my s204, (10.5) , but I have a problem, when the car dashboard lights or I start the car engine, there is a background noise in the speakers in AUX mode .. . .. very unpleasant.... but when I turn off the AUX mode, everything is ok. @@TheGingerThatiAm Hi, your unit doesn’t sound like it came from us, but I can still give some tips. Hazards malfunctioning is referring to the hazard lights. This connection is made in the bottom right hand corner of your oem Mercedes radio. You probably left it unplugged. Not hearing audio like phone calls through the android unit could be settings or connections. That’s something I’d suggest calling us for to troubleshoot together. 786-242-5400

Yes, but you will not get any sound from the CarPlay in that case (No audible navigation directions) - only sound will be from the AM/FM or Sirius radio you are playing.
That actually brings an older vehicle up to a modern one. Apple car play has totally changed how to navigate a car with simplicity.

How do you get a SIM card to work? I’ve tried everything I can think of and it won’t recognize any Sim card. I have the latest 12” screen in my C63S.
