Tara, let me help you with cats. They can smell your fear. They can sense it. If you’re scared of them, they may feel scared as well or think you dislike them so they will be rude back. Cats give back the energy you give them. They are the sweetest animals most of the time but have more boundaries than dogs. They’re like little humans. They just need to trust you and then they’ll be all over you. They have sensitive spots on their bodies so if they bite you for some reason, you probably touched them somewhere that hurt.
