They are realistic people, sometimes older than her, sometimes from the same gender, or sometimes just not attractive in an orthodox way, and the video doesn´t have to change because of that. God I love revisiting this song. Especially late at night, it feels more dreamy and elusive. Uv will forever be a favorite album, and I disagree when people say she’s topped it since it came out. This album changed the music industry after born to die. She created her own genre it seems. Her music will always feel personal no matter what form. But this album will always be where the feeling all starts.

You know this vid was explained some time ago and I believe [not 100% sure] that Lana had agreed to this: that born to die, west coast, shades of cool were all telling a story. It began with born to die when her character dies. In west coast u see her dancing in flames to pay homage to how her character died. This old man is really the young guy/ love of her life who has gotten old. She's everywhere, in everything he sees and it torments him. In this vid u can see her looking transparent or kinda like a ghost. Anyways if this isn't the right theory it is by far my favourite of all the ones I've read. It makes watching these vids sooo sad but beautiful at the same time. Lana is pure genius.

Now she's on top of the charts, she started working for many directors too, Tim Burton himself hired her for his new movie saying that lana gives him chills. Lizzie's stunning, incredibly talented, beautiful, serious, smart, she can express emotions with her voice better than any other artist I know.

I haven't listened much to Lorde, but even though Lana and Lorde have a similarity in their voice and how they use it I must say their music is quiote different. In my opinion Lana have much more gloomy and emotional music and I feel that she have much more mature lyrics to her songs.

Blue jeans he's alone but remembers her (that's y she says remember that I'll always luv u).
