I think I have the exact same problem.... the Boot screen comes up but wont respond to anything and will resume the reboot process within about 6 seconds..
My TCL T603DL got stuck like this then went haywire with pages running across the screen then shut down & now when powering up it goes to where you hve to re start or factory reset, says no SIM across the top, was working fine
@@m.g3640 Yh that phone 4g Ram and that processor isnt enough to run Android 11. Reason I know is because I own a phone store and I've had loads of these TCL 30 SE come back and sent them back to TCL for this issue. Also I tried to use one myself and I installed all my app and photos and then inserted my SIM and phone would read sim and then restart over and over again. Its a shame though. I've always been a fan of TCL/Alcatel. I think their excellent price for what you get but it's a shame with this phone. The TCL 20L is good though.
@@m.g3640 That's another problem. Android 12 is still in its early stages. Still a new Phone Operating System and released with bugs and as time time goes on they'll send updates to resolve firmware issues.
I know what you can do, Take these away and the battery away that should work.

Yh mate send it back or get a refund if you can. The phone specs aren't enough to run the firmware smoothly. It's a very common problem.
Yeah I bought one of these phones because my Note 10 plus got busted and honestly I hate these phones they suck mine did the exact same thing
Ok I have 30SE do this.
Press and hold the volume up button for 3 seconds. Then press and hold the power button.
Can this phone open?
I’m having this exact same issue. What’s the fix?
Bro mine is to that’s why I got a I phone
same like my TCL 30 SE
It's the phone firmware
