I had a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350. The bike gave me countless problems from the beginning. Like Ajmal, I gave once in Sheriff Motors near Sai Baba Temple. Their service technicians were inexperienced and had no knowledge about servicing a bike. They did not do a proper service and handed over the bike. They were not responding to our queries, did something to it. After the service, the bike gave additional issues. When spoke to them, they told the same and asked me to bring the bike to service it.
I suffered for a long time and finally sold it, now back to my 2001 Hero Splendor which has been running till now with a great mileage of 65kmpl.
All the Royal Enfield showrooms look better than a car showroom, but their after-sales (service) are super bad and the spares are expensive. The so-called handmade Royal Enfiled bikes are sold for lakhs made out of rust metal parts.

ஒரு முறை starting trouble ன்னு போனதுக்கு ருபாய் 11250 பில் போட்டானுங்க. திரும்பவும் அதே பிரச்சினை, கடைசியாக ஒரு லோக்கல் மெக்கானிக் ருபாய் 50 வாங்கி கொண்டு இரண்டு நிமிடத்தில் சரி செய்தார்.
லோக்கல் ல சில நல்ல புல்லட் மெக்கானிக் கிட்டயே சர்வீஸ் பண்றது தான் நமக்கு பாதுகாப்பு...

Chain ல இருந்து sound வருதுன்னு trichy ல ஒரு service centre ல சொன்னேன். அவரு உடனே chain ந மாதனும் 3700 Rs nu சொன்னாரு... Local mechanic near to my house, chain ன clean பண்ணி RE chain lubricant oil spray பண்ணோம், problem solved. After one year, he adjusted the chain lightly... 100 rs மட்டும் கொடுத்தேன்

The owner of the service centre has to look in to this complaint & think about why these much complaints are raising.

Service store manager & mechanics has to be well trained.

So pity, if u are a royal Enfield owner then you should be a mechanic yourself bcos every month new problem will arise based on usage. All the tools required may cost at the max 3000 Rs

Wasted all my money shame for the company, this impact will be bigger lose in sales if they don’t correct all this mistakes.

The motorcycle companies are fraudulent, new vehical have these kind of issues while old vehical spare are unavailable just within few years. we pay 5 year insurance and 15 years life tax, but vehicles parts not available within 3-5 years, even model in production new versions are launched and old version spares are unavailable.

This is non other then Bull Bull motors Royal Enfield showroom I have booked a classic 350 reborn for full cash but still they took advance and not gave any proper response for 3weeks I said it’s very urgent and booked the one which was in stock after they conforming… I got frustrated and cancelled it to do the cancellation they made me. Come 2times after the 3weeks no responds once I cancelled in this place I booked in MTP showroom I got it in just 4days… after 3weeks I went directly no proper response and again 4th week no response then I started shouting in showroom that lady was so casual I was not know give me 1week time I came back gain after 10day a different girl again same attitude and 1week.. I was harrased mentalityby these assholes and finally I saw there MD and started shouting at him then he gave the money in 3 hrs till that they played with me badly… I have all documents of these I planned to go for consumer court but I was already in a ver bad state of mind so my wife suggested to ignore them and forget it…. Bloody assholes drinking the blood of customers
