This whole court system and lawyers are a joke. I can in no way take it seriously as a court because of the so laid back behaviors of just about everyone. Judge calls just about every defendant by their first name and has known either them or their family forever. The only professional person they had was Debra Davis. This judge sits there and makes excuses for every defendant that comes in. Honestly most of time he acts like he never considers the victims and what they go thru. They all just sit here and talk back and forth like they’re just visiting each other. Nothing professional here. Why even have a court here. The judge is supposed to be impartial but this one isn’t….he believes everything a defendant says & if he doesn’t hear something sad enough about their lives he seems to offer a “reason”. Think his days of being an impartial judge is gone. And for someone to come in and pay for a defendant’s fines is crazy when that person hasn’t helped themselves at all. This court never seems to have all the paperwork they need. And the judge & some of the attorneys like to make little comments about the cops. Whole thing is a joke. People in this town don’t have to worry about their lives or doing what they should…judge us going to take care of it all for you.
Debra Davis is under investigation for the way she handled the dismissed of a DV case. Knowingly lying to Judge Middleton on the record.
This judge is a joke at this point. It's no wonder the losers keep being losers.
If everybody went to prison or jail for everything they've done, no matter how little, prisons would be backed out in one day. They give him multiple chances because we simply don't have prison space
@@Mariem090 Then BUILD MORE PRISONS. Judges are getting bribed, financially and politically, to keep dangerous people out of jail/prison. DUI recidivism is a perfect example. People selling weed, let them out. People who went too far in a self defense fight, consider those too. Financial schemers, for petty amounts, let them out & parole them into 1970s technology.
But here we see a prosecutor, who just last month was deleted by a DUI recidivist who was out on these precious "parole" stints between felonies. At least he was removed from it all shortly after. Don't let self-righteousness override the need to protect the public.
