1911 Excelsior 4 HP Vintage Classic Motorcycle

A 1911 Excelsior 4 HP.
This incredible old machine was ridden by Chris Tribbey in the 2018 Cannonball - a route spanning a mere 3400 miles across the northern United States, from Portland, Maine, to Portland, Oregon.
This old boy features a host of cool original features, including clincher rims, Schebler carb, stock point ignition, leather belt, wooden sprocket, and coaster bicycle brakes…. and to add a sprinkle of complexity to the ride, it has zero clutch, and no transmission. 3400 miles on a motorcycle of this era is no mean feat.
Thanks to Chris for the video, which features a walk-around of the motorcycle, followed by a riders-eye-view of Chris navigating the machine along tarmac that winds through an incredible landscape on the Cannonball.
