Hi nag i have one doubt one of my friend SSAS tabular enhancement project, daily he is getting new tables from customers but he is not able to understand what is the new table and what is old table, where is coming from , his manager identify new tables and rename it and documentation can you please suggest me.

This depends on functional clarity on the project , you need to talk to manager regarding the solution design and work flow of the project and get more details.

If you data warehouse. You create star schema in data warehouse database. In SSAS you create model in top of star schema
