My girlfriend and I went this past January. We walked into old San Juan from Condado. We shopped all morning and then waited for the parade to pass that evening. What an absolutely fantastic night. It was my birthday too! So fun. We met an older couple that told us all about the festival and some of the folks in the parade. We're going back in 2025!

The best day to go are either Friday or Saturday noon but is gonna be very PACKED and hard to get parking
