    The recipe is as follows:
    BIHARI KABAB:
    Ingredients:
    1/2 tbsp mace
    1 tsp small nutmeg powdered
    1 tbsp black pepper powder
    2 tbsp white cumin powder( Light Dry Roast)
    Salt
    1/2 tbsp small cardamom powder
    1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
    1 tsp kabab cheeni
    1 tsp clove powder
    1tsp big cardamom powder
    1/2 tbsp basic garam masala(Both Video In my Channel)
    2 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
    1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
    1 tsp cinnamon powder
    3 1/2 cup mustard oil
    1 1/3 cup yogurt no Water
    salt as per taste
    2 tbsp Poppy seeds powder
    5 medium-sized onion - fried and pasted ( no water)
    5 medium onions paste no Water
    1 cup papaya paste no Water(Depend on
    Meat parcha thickness and quality to )
    3/4 cup ginger paste
    2kg beef Bihari kabab cut(long parcha in English long strip😊) No fat
    Method:
    Take a wide bowl and add the oil in which onions are fried
    Add the meat and add onion paste and add half of the ginger paste
    Add the fried onion paste and 1/2 of the poppy seeds powder with 1cup oil
    Add all the dry powders and add 2tbsp salt and yogurt
    Mix well and after half an hour mix the meat again
    You can add masala if needed- marinate for 6 hours
    After every 30 mins, keep mixing the meat
    2 hours before you barbeque the meat, add papaya, leftover ginger paste, poppy seeds powder, and oil
    Put the mean on the skewers as shown in the video
    Grill them by placing them far apart from each other and keep applying ghee in between
    Once cooked, plate the yummy grill as shown and enjoy it hot.
    BIHARI BOTI:
    Ingredients:
    1 cup fried onion
    salt as per taste
    1 1/4 cup papaya paste
    1 cup paste of 1-inch ginger, 5- 6 garlic pods and 8-10 green chillies
    1 kg beef cut into medium pieces
    1tsp black pepper powder
    2 tbsp red chilli powder
    1tsp ground coriander
    1 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
    1 tsp nutmeg powder
    1 tsp mace powder
    1 tsp chilli flakes
    1tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
    1 tbsp zafrani garam masala
    1 tbsp poppy seed powder
    1/2 tsp kabab cheeni powder
    1 tbsp musk melon powder
    1 cup yogurt
    2 cups mustard oil
    Method:
    Take a bowl, add the meat
    Add the green chutney and fried onions
    Add all dry powders and oil
    Add yogurt and mix well- marinate for 6 hours
    After every 30 mins, keep mixing the meat
    2 hours before you barbeque the meat, add papaya paste and oil.
